• Insurance
• Owner-occupants can obtain Condo homeowners insurance. Flood insurance on built-in fixtures and some "necessary" items, like refrigerator and range, will be covered by the collective flood insurance policy carried by the HOA. But not personal belongings like stereos, beds, etc. More info. (PDF 83KB)


• Owners who are not residents can obtain "rental dwelling" insurance. This can include, most importantly, liability coverage. More info. (PDF 63KB)


• Pest Management
• Pest management within units is now the responsibility of unit owners, managers, and occupants. German cockroaches come into a building through avenues that are not treated by the HOA's quarterly building-perimeter pest treatment for ants, roaches, and spiders.
